JP Nadda likely to review AIIMS functioning in Bhubaneswar soon

Bhubaneswar: Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda will be visiting Bhubaneswar shortly, Odisha BJP State president Manmohan Samal informed on Sunday.

Speaking to reporters regarding the upcoming visit, Samal stated that Union Minister JP Nadda’s itinerary for the visit is currently being finalized. “It has not been fixed yet, but it will be finalixed very soon. Nadda Ji, who is currently serving as the Health Minister, will visit Bhubaneswar shortly,” he said.

Detailing the nature of the visit, the state BJP chief noted that the Health Minister is expected to spend one to two days in the State Capital to review operations at AIIMS Bhubaneswar and inspect ongoing healthcare initiatives. “He will spend a minimum time at AIIMS Bhubaneswar and evaluate the actions and measures being undertaken,” he added.

The upcoming visit is expected to focus on reviewing healthcare infrastructure, assessing central health programs in the State, and engaging with local party leadership during his stay in Bhubaneswar.
