Balasore: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) successfully conducted a missile test at Chandipur testing range in Balasore district on Wednesday afternoon. Officials confirmed the launch took place at 3:50 PM from Launch Pad-3.
The test marked another milestone in India’s defence preparedness and technological advancement. Authorities relocated 11,442 residents living within 3.5 kilometres of the launch pad to ensure safety during the operation. Local administration coordinated the evacuation process, providing temporary shelters and support facilities.
