Bhubaneswar: Elections of office bearers to the Odisha Information Service Association (OISA) were held here on Saturday at its general body meeting. Sucheta Priyadarshini and Pathani Rout were elected as president and general secretary of OISA respectively.
Similarly, Bibhuti Bhushan Nayak was elected as vice-president, Deepak Kumar Sahu as joint secretary and Tanuja Mohanty as treasurer. Avinash Azad Pani for Eastern Zone, Prahlad Khosla for Northern Region and Pramila Majhi for Southern Region have been made Secretaries. Similarly, Surendra Nath Parida, Santosh Kumar Das, Gurbir Singh, Biswajit Das, Chittaranjan Pati and Diptimayi Mohapatra have been appointed as advisors.
The organisational functioning and strengthening of OISA were also discussed in the meeting.
