Bhubaneswar: CREDAI Bhubaneswar, with the support of CREDAI Odisha State Federation, organised a plantation drive at Trisulia in Kataka on Saturday as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and contributing towards a greener and healthier future.
The programme was graced by Barabati–Kataka MLA Sofia Firdous and Banki MLA Devi Ranjan Tripathy. Their presence and encouragement added significance to the initiative and reinforced the importance of collective action towards protecting the environment.
Speaking on the occasion, President of CREDAI Bhubaneswar Sheikh Mairajul Haque emphasised that environmental responsibility must go hand in hand with urban and real estate development. Initiatives such as plantation drives are an important step towards creating greener, healthier and more sustainable cities for future generations, he added.
CREDAI Bhubaneswar expressed its special gratitude to Swadesh Kumar Routray, Vice President, CREDAI National & Chairman, CREDAI Odisha, Anil Kumar Agarwal, President of CREDAI Odisha State Federation; and Priti Ranjan Maharana, President of CREDAI Cuttack, for their valuable presence, encouragement and continued support towards the CSR initiative.
The programme was actively coordinated and supported by Kalinga Keshari Ratha, Secretary, CREDAI Bhubaneswar and Manmohan Agarwala, Treasurer, CREDAI Bhubaneswar, along with other office bearers and Executive Body members.
Through this initiative, CREDAI Bhubaneswar and CREDAI Odisha State Federation reiterated their commitment to environmental protection, sustainable development and responsible community engagement. The organisation will continue to undertake meaningful CSR activities that contribute towards building a greener and more sustainable Odisha.
