Bhubaneswar: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Bhubaneswar Chapter, representing over 100 leading developers in the city, has announced it’s newly elected managing committee for 2025–27.
The election process was concluded under the supervision of returning officers Madhu Mohanty and Mohammed Moquim on Saturday. While Sheikh Mairajul Haque was elected as President, Manoj Kumar Sahoo and Sarat Kumar Sahu were elected Vice-Presidents. Similarly, Kalinga Keshari Rath was elected as Secretary, Naval Mahajan and Soubhagya Sundar Routray as Joint Secretaries, and Manmohan Agarwala as Treasurer.
The Executive Members are Aswini Kumar Padhi, Manas Kumar Behera, Aditya Das and Abhaya Kumar Panda.
The announcement ceremony was graced by CREDAI National Vice President & CREDAI Odisha President Swadesh Kumar Routray and CREDAI Odisha Secretary Anil Kumar Agarwal, who extended their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected committee.
Under the leadership of Haque, the new committee has pledged to strengthen policy advocacy, promote ethical business practices, and drive sustainable development across Bhubaneswar’s real estate sector. With a renewed focus on transparency, accountability, and consumer confidence, CREDAI Bhubaneswar aims to enhance trust among homebuyers and reinforce the credibility of the developer community in the region.
