Bhubaneswar: In a major organisational rejig, the BJP in Odisha on Tuesday announced the names of its Morcha presidents and districts in-charge.
According to the communication issued from the state office, Aishwarya Biswal has been reappointed as the Women’s Morcha president, while Abhilash Panda will head the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). Shubhranshu Mohan Padhi has been named the Farmers’ Morcha president.
Similarly, Kandera Soren will head the Scheduled Tribes Morcha and Baidhar Mallick, Pradyumna Nayak and Gurinder Singh have been named presidents of Scheduled Castes Morcha president, OBC Morcha, and Minority Morcha, respectively.
Alongside these key appointments, the party also released the names of 37 organisational district in-charges ahead of 2025 rural and urban local bodies polls.
